Delivery/ Collection

Since items are perishable, we do not offer redelivery services. If no one is around, the courier will leave the items outside your place and we will inform you accordingly. PINE SG and/ or the courier company will not be responsible for any missing item/s.

To keep delivery costs lower for you, we work with both courier companies and freelance couriers to ensure that the items are delivered safely to you. The delivery timing is therefore dependent on their delivery route for the day, and will be delivered anytime before 10pm on the day of delivery. 

We understand that some deliveries may be time-sensitive. For such requests, please contact us.

Products

All our prices are inclusive of the planter shown, the recommended plant in the images (or suitable alternative if the former is out of stock), potting mix, and decorative stones/ toppers (if space allows).

Our handmade planters are carefully cast and designed from scratch – every piece is unique, and only available in small quantities online. Minor irregularities in colour, pattern, shape and size are testimony of the hand-made process, and imperfections, if any, are celebrated as part of the design!

Plants are living things, they grow, every day as we care for them like our own plants. We cannot ensure that they will still look exactly the same as they looked previously when their pictures were taken, but customers will receive the most current picture of their items before they are passed to the courier for delivery.

For customers who opt for self-collection, you will be able to inspect the plant personally before taking it home.

Packaging

Our plants will be placed in paper bags, sized to fit them nicely. You can also opt to place your mini planter in a gift box (fits 1) for S$1.50. Complimentary gift cards will also be provided for messages (if any), or during special occasions. Let us know if you have such special requests when you place your order. We will be most glad to deliver your love and care on your behalf!

Bulk Purchase

Most of our planters are handmade, which means it takes time to make them from scratch. If you are interested in ordering our products in larger quantities which the website does not allow, do contact us and we can make arrangements separately.

Plant Care

We choose plants that are easier to care for! Nevertheless, we understand that planting may be daunting for some beginners. You can contact us if you need help/ tips in the care of your plant. You can also follow us at www.instagram.com/pine.sg for planting tips, which we do share occasionally.

Yes, our planters have drainage holes, unless otherwise specified.

You will only need to repot the plants when they outgrow their existing planters.

Returns

We will always ensure that our plants are in tip-top condition when we hand them to you, hence we do not offer refunds on our plants. However, if they arrived damaged (during transit), please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you accordingly.

For non-plant items, if they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, i.e. broken/ damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you accordingly.

Operating Hours

We currently operate 7 days a week, from 10am to 8pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and 10am to 2pm on Sundays. If you have any requests/ questions/ enquiries/ feedback, do contact us and we will try our best to respond within 48 hours. Do also refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
